It has been a few months of incessant heat and sweat but that does not stop us from consuming caffeine! Well, I rarely drink hot beverages but when I do, it feels soothing.
Speaking of feelings, I think that I have been quite productive lately!
Work is going okay, I have submitted my application to the visa center, and watching Netflix have been my go-to past time… This might mean though, that a much needed touching grass session is due! Well, I have that out of town plan with my best friend and we ought to take advantage of this blaring and scorching sun. That’s pretty fun!
Thinking of outfits would definitely be something to take me away from screens but then it’s just a quick trip, so I better resume practicing with an instrument. Turns out, I should’ve just purchased a basic harmonica – in the key of C. But no, I had to have a tremolo 24-hole instrument in the key of A! Don’t get me wrong, it sounds amazing but learning a song might just be through playing by the ear then doing that repeatedly ‘til I finally pin down all the notes with muscle memory. Much like rehearsing for choral competitions haha!
Anyway, the next month is turning out to be so exciting. A month for the arts… at least for me! ‘TIL then, toddles~
